Description of Work: Few leaks around large fireplace chimney. Roof removed, new paper and shingles, new flashing. All sealed up, including stonework around chimney. One thing left to be done which will have to wait until warmer weather. Hope he keeps his word.

Description of Work: We had two leaks. Leak Stoppers diagnosed faulty flashing around the chimney and one area of roof tile that needed replacing. Since they did the repair work, we have had lots of rain and no leaks.

John was prompt and courteous and spend time explaining various issues and suggested remedies. |As of this time, I have not moved ahead with anything relative to this matter as I've been dealing with lots of medical bills for an ongoing health issue that has set me back. When I can see myself clear of these, perhaps I can move on.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my downstairs ceiling. They needed to fix the pitch of my upstairs roof. The repairman Brian was great. He did everything very neat. They also installed 4 roof louvres to provide more cooling to my attic. We have a whole house fan that runs all day and I was hoping that when this was installed this would reduce the need for the fan to run. It didn't. Just to be clear it wasn't told to me it would I just assumed. I hope I didn't make things worse. It was easy to get the estimate, but when scheduling the work the receptionist Ashley was not friendly and my first appointment was missed due to rain. No one called to reschedule with me then I called left a message to reschedule and got a call back and missed the call. My appointment finally was made and I was told I'd be the first appt at 8am. They didn't get here until 10:30. I would've given an A rating had it not been for the scheduling hassle. I wasn't able to stay to see all the work completed because I had to up up work. This is why I needed the first appointment of the day. I believe that Ashley is no longer working there or sick bec the last dealing was with the owners wife.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our kitchen that no one could fix. We had many estimates, some insisting we needed a new roof, some suggesting new siding. We called Leak Stoppers and they took down the siding, refaced and repaired and then put back the old siding. The work was guaranteed for a year. We have had many bad storms since then and no leaks!

Description of Work: They removed a large portion of the roof, repaired the flashing and put a special sealant down due to leaks in the chimney area.

Description of Work: Leak Stoppers, inc was very punctual and fixed 2 skylight leaks in my new house that the previous home owner said she had 4 previous contractors try to fix it. When they left everything was clean like they were never here. We have had several rains and everything is dry (no leaks).

Description of Work: I paid $85.00 to have them come over within a day to give me an estimate. There is no charge for an estimate with about a 2 week wait. I was not impressed at all. They spent about 6 minutes here and gave me a price that was twice as much as my lowest estimate and $3,000 more than my highest. If they do a repair and not a roof replacement there is a one year warranty, but you are only allowed to have them back one time without a charge. I am going with a different company.

Description of Work: THE OLD ROOF WAS TORN OFF OF MY HOUSE, NEW UNDERLAYMENT ADDED, AND PAPER APPLIED TO THE ROOF BEFORE INSTALLING NEW SHINGLES. THE WORK ALSO INCLUDED WORK ON A DORMER, FLAT ROOF, GARAGE ROOF AND RE-ALIGNING THE GUTTERS.

Description of Work: TOOK OFF SECTION OF THE OLD ROOF AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.
