When the windows were delivered, the manufacturer delivered them to my home and actually spoke with Frank about how to put them in properly. Frank got a chip on his shoulder, ignored the guy and mentioned that he has been doing this for 20 years and knew how to install windows. Well, the windows ended up leaking and we ended up with mold which Frank tried to convince me was not harmful. I like Frank, he is a terrific guy, but his work is clearly missing the finer details. The molding around the window is already cracking and there are droplets of paint on our baseboard heater. The light switch plate that he accidentally cracked and took with him to replace has never been replaced, so we still have the switch where we can see into the wall. I never bothered to chase him down on that one, since I figure it is not worth the work at this point. Most of the time, it was his helper doing the majority of the work rather than himself.
