Horrible!!! They installed a new central air unit. They destroyed my attic and ceilings. We ordered a new unit and paid $7000.00 for it. When we started having problems we noticed that they switched units on us giving us a cheaper model than what we paid for.The guys didnt know how to do the electrical work, they never hung the drip pan which caused it to rain in my dining room destroying my ceilings, rugs and floors. They installed it completely wrong. After having another company come in we learned that they never replaced the coil and took so many shortcuts. Al Esposito(owner) wouldn't come to see the mess. I was told that he contacted his insurance company. I called them and he never submitted a claim. After finding out that my husband is an attorney he contacted his insurance company and we did get all our money back plus he paid to have my house cleaned. Up until that point we were not getting anywhere with him. After paying for A/C in May, we went through the entire summer without it.
