My Oasis water cooler was not working properly. It gave me all the hot water I wanted, but no cold. I tried to no avail to locate a company to check it out, none could be bothered, or never returned my calls or emails. Finally,the manufacturer was able to provide me with the number for these guys. (who luckily had just moved their business from Bohemia to West Babylon!).I dropped it off for a free estimate,got a call the next day as promised with the news of a bad compressor. But here's the good news... they were able to provide me with a beautiful fully refurbished, waranteed water cooler the same day. It was a significant model upgrade to the other one. I swear, it looks and works like brand new! I couldn't be more pleased! I am referring them to everyone I know, as I found out that they also provide on site service to your home or business. Do not hesitate to call them, they could not have been more professional, courteous, and resourceful. They went above and beyond.
