The workers who came are all very nice, polite and professional, but they seem to cut corners and do a mediocre job overall.
This ductless air conditioning is taking a long time to install, should have taken only 1 or 2 days to install, but is now taking weeks. (my neighbors had HVAC installed in 1 day). The first day they came they were too lazy to bring the ladder upstairs and placed the indoor units practically in the middle of the wall (they are usually mounted between 3-8 inches from the ceiling) They did a sloppy job with the electrical part (hopefully at least they did a good job so my house doesn't burn down) one of the ceiling tiles is messed up, dried glue on the floor and desk, the light was not put back properly and the wire they ran in the boiler room was just left dangling instead of being fixed to a wall or ceiling. They did a poor job with the ducts/tubing on the outside of the house as well.
When they were finished at they tested the indoor units, they worked fine. They worked for about 1-2 days, now they are not working, they are just blowing around the room air like a fan on the and quot;Cooland quot; setting and the room temperature does not go down at all so now there seems to be a problem with the refrigerant. Hopefully they will fix everything the way it should be and we will have some AC before the weather gets really hot. I guess we have to wait and see what happens. Update- Brandon came out to fix the problems himself and did everything my we asked and was very professional. Everything works great, the AC and the heat.
