+ -1 moreBAD! BAD! BAD! Showed up to NO ONE. All called him. Some left messages which were never returned. Other calls were declined because mail box was full. 2 Others, including my daughter did reach him and he was extremely rude. Yelled at them for calling and bothering him when he was trying to work. Carried on like a mental case. Very frightening. Made more false promises
Description of Work: Chuck Carrera came soliciting with very low prices as an incentive. Condition was you had to pay in advance. But service was "guaranteed". I know of 6 people who hired AND paid him in advance. I myself hired and paid him in Dec. 2009. Also recommended my daughter who also paid in advance this March. Promised to do yard cleanuo, fertilizing etc. etc. All have signed contracts.
