Randy was super professional and prompt. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and complete the repairs needed for a fair/reasonable price. It was so refreshing to have a true expert in their field come out and help me. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him to other homeowners. He's the only one I'll give my business to for future plumbing/heating issues and any other areas he specializes in for that matter. Excellent experience!!

I had called several contractors big and small but no one had time or wanted to talk to me because I neither bought oil from them or they did not work on anything that had the word oil related to it. I even tried to explain that this is the blower motor and not the heater unit.
Randy was prompt in answering and was so quick to get the repair completed. He was willing and available to stop by on his way home that day.
I really appreciate being able to find and have the pleasure of dealing with such a professional. Everyone is warm and happy again.

Using BIRR is an excellent experience. On each separate project Randy clearly expalined the options, and their costs and performance differences. This empowered me to make the best decisions, decisions which have always been perfect for me. With 5 projects behind us I have never look back and either (i) regretted that I check a box for the veritable bell or whistle, nor (ii) regretted the moments when I did not check the box up spend more on the bells and whistles.
