He began working on up grading my circuit breaker panel in March 2016 and it's now November 2016 and work is still not completed. He keeps stalling and postponing appointments. He is NOT a man of his word.

He did a very nice job for me. The only issue I have was they didn't come back and give me the certificate of completion.
