They were very prompt. The workers were very good. Two guys were there to fix it for me. They were there for about an hour. The price was comparable to other companies.

The door was covered by the warranty. Arthur Brand Door came and did their job. I was not home.

They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and everything worked great. About a week later the door wouldn't close all the way and they came back to readjust the and quot;eyesand quot; of the opener the next day and it has since worked without a problem. I would definitely recommend them.
