They were a great company in the beginning helping us decide what would work best for our situation with our pool. We loved the concept of a 'greenhouse' effect that could make the pool and indoor or outdoor pool just by sliding this mechanism on tracks. They were great until they received their money and then they wouldn't give us the delivery date they had promised us after we went to all the trouble to find a trucker who could haul it all the way from New York to Colorado. They claim they had issues with another customer so they gave them OUR cover and put us 2 weeks behind on our due date
