I thought he was coming to show me samples, but he was going to start then. He had workers that he would leave to do the work and they didn't speak English. It was so hard to let them know what I wanted. He will not do a face to face conversation. I have called because there are areas that he needs to redo, but he won't return my calls. I would not recommend him.

Called Mike for a free estimate on Friday, a written estimate was left at my house on Sunday (2 days later) and I called to confirm I wanted it done and on Tuesday (2 days later.) When I came home the gutter was up! Never had such fast service and great work at the same time in my life. He is very trusting because I called the office to tell them he didn't leave a bill and they said it's in the mail. Once I get it I will write a check and send it to him!

They made the appointment and then called the night before to confirm. They gave a time frame for when they would come and then arrived within the time frame. The work was done carefully and efficiently.
