Heater quit for a 95 year old person. Was there within 24 hours, temperature didn't require immediate action. Had it serviced within an hour.

Came within an hour for an emergency situation, checked to find sump pump running constantly and overheating but unable to continuously drain. Was able to do a temporary fix to the problem, left to handle another service call and get a new pump and was back within a couple hours to complete the job.

Bill Scott Heating Service did a good job. He came when he said he would. He was very neat in the house. He had to leave to get a part and come back, and he did that very promptly, all in the same day. He also checked up on me afterwards. He came back two days later to check on something that he thought might have had a problem.
