+ -1 moreThis is the most thorough home inspection I have ever had. The report came back with thirty pages of excellent information based upon Tim's knowleged and his inspection of my potential new home. He highlighted areas of concern as well as provided suggestions for remedies. Tim noted things that were in OK shape but that might need fixed or replaced within the next few years. He noted the life expectancy of systems in the house and gave me a general idea of the kind of shape they are in. I have to say I was extremely impressed with his work and fine attention to detail. I have a high degree of confidence in his work and his recommendations because of this. He is friendly and extremely professional. Without a doubt, I'd use his servces again!
Description of Work: Aiken Home Inspections performed a home inspection on a house in Cuba, NY that I placed a contract on. They performed the inspection on my behalf. They checked structural components, basement, siding and trim, garage, windows and exterior doors, drive and walks, grading near house, roof and attic, insulation, electrical system, plumbing, heating, interior, chimney, appliances, and more.
