We have worked with various contractors/plumbers since returning to this area and Struble's has been the best we have experienced. They came when they said they would the owner oversaw all areas of work and the workers were wonderful to deal with.  They were very polite, cleaned up each day and were quick to do a very overwhelming job.  I highly recommend this company and will work with them whenever needed.  They are truly the best, professional and wonderful to work with, I can't say enough good about them.

A wide variety of work was performed to fix, replace or upgrade plumbing within the entire house.  The quality of the work was superb. All work met and most exceeded our expectations.

Work was done using high quality material and very professionally. If modifications were needed they were discussed with us prior to proceeding and were aimed at assuring high quality work was done.

I needed pipe run for a gas dryer, a stove and needed an estimate for a new water heater. I've recently purchased a home and my appliances are sitting in my living room because of the plumbing needs. I am now three weeks without a stove nor a dryer. I find it grossly unprofessional to not have the courtesy to call to reschedule.

This review reflects only this experience. I have used Struble for pretty much all my plumbing needs over the past several years. I have found their plumbers to be very good at what they do. However, I made an appointment with the office on Monday for this morning (Thursday) at 8:30 a.m. and the plumber never showed up. The plumber had called me on Monday (after I set the appointment for Thursday) prepared to come that day, but I had previous engagements for that day and the next two; therefore the first appointment of the day on Thursday. I have called twice this morning (Thursday) and left messages. My last message was that I assumed they were not interested in my business. I have a very busy schedule and am offended that my schedule is not respected. Even a phone call saying there was an emergency or something would have been appreciated. The automated message on their phone says that the average wait time for a return call is one hour. I finally heard from someone on Friday at about 3:45 in the afternoon. That's more than 31 hours after the scheduled appointment. I was told there was an emergency on Thursday, but that doesn't explain no phone call (even after I had called twice). I have already made an appointment with another plumber. A suggestion is that Struble Plumbing hire someone to be in the office to receive phone calls during business hours.

The repairman arrived to replace a shower control valve but was asked to do the A/C work instead as failure of the pump was flooding the utility room. He immediately began work on the A/C without any question about our request to address that problem rather than the original assignment. Repair made to our satisfaction.
Overall, excellent response to an emergency situation. I would recommend Struble anytime and plan to use them in the future to (i) make the shower valve replacement and (ii) replace an outdoor valve at another location.

Did all that was asked and stayed within the given quote.

I called, and the owner called right back and sent someone right over. A very pleasant man(Mark) looked at the problem. It only took about 45 min and the leak was fixed,(with a one year guarantee) . Very impressive! . I though the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.

I haven't had a bill for them. I had them come to my house many times and the pricing has been very fair. They did work for me in December too and the pricing was very good. They were very quick and have been very good to me. I was very satisfied with them.

They have come whenever I have called them for any of my plumbing needs. It has been a positive experience.
