Was promptly seated in one of the pedicure chairs, greeter began putting water in the basin while my feet were in it, and water was so hot it nearly burned my feet. I flinched away and he said "too hot". Ya think. The person to do my pedicure finished up with another customer and came over. Not much eye contact, almost no conversation. I understand there is a bit of a language barrier but I did not feel like I was getting professional customer service. And then he began conversing in another language to the person working next to him and they were laughing, again, not very professional. The foot massage was the worst. Very harsh. I should have spoken up and asked for a gentler massage. As it was I have bruises on the tops of my left foot from the massage. I would not go back here even though the price was good, I prefer a more personal experience and this was certainly not relaxing with all the chairs in a row and strangers on either side of me not two feet away, although I understand this is the way it is in most of the big saloons. If they want repeat customers they are going to have to work on some of the above issues.
