WEIDMAN LAWN & TREE

He came out quickly for the estimate. It was a good estimate, and in writing. I felt and he seemed really nice...although he hinted we would get a discount if we paid under the table...which I didn't like. We made a verbal agreement as to when he would come out to do the work (he lived right around the corner and preferred to do it on his way home from other jobs). He was supposed to come out the following week. He never showed. I called to see if there was a miscommunication and would he please call me back to set up another appointment. He never called back and I have never seen him since. I was very disappointed, after all the good reviews he had. Apparently our business just wasn't important enough for him. So we went with Birchcrest...which were wonderful.

I'd called three places for quotes. Where the others all said they would come out for an estimate "sometime" the following week, Jim Weidman came out for an estimate the day I called and then completed the work the very next day (on a Saturday). The job was done quickly, on time, and cleaned up with barely a trace of a leaf in the backyard when they were done.

Jim did a great job on the work I expected him to do, but also went above and beyond by trimming other dead or dangerous branches while he was there.

Jim and his crew were extremely professional. They cut down, chopped, mulched and stumped (as per the agreement). While working they pointed out several trees not in the agreement they felt should be removed, and did the work at no extra charge. They did an outstanding job on the clean up before leaving.

I am very satisfied with Weidmans work. If I am concerned about an area they will pay extra attention to that portion. I would recommend them to others.
