I sent emails and placed calls to numerous HVAC companies and waited for days without heat to hear from someone. I linked up with United Heating & AC via Angi, received a call from Rick and discussed my heating needs. Chris arrived to my home 1 hour later, informed me of necessary parts and cost. Job completed in 2 hours. Very affordable will definitely contact United Heating & AC for future heater service and maintenance!!!! Thank You Again!!!

The new furnace was installed a few years ago I am now dealing with the issues. I had to be at work so my at the time father in law helped me out with setting up the install and being at the house for the install. I ran home during lunch to pay for the service that was all. Because it was installed in the month of September I did not notice my missing central air unit until the following summer. Long story short my ex father in law made a deal to trade in my working central air until to lower the cost of the furnace. I was told by United a different reason for the small discount. Due to time that passed nothing I could do. Now I have saved up enough money to get a new unit and I had three quotes. During the quotes I asked about install of a new hot water heater because mine is very old. All three reputable places have told me the same thing “out of code venting so new venting is required and that is an additional cost” I spoke to Rick at united regarding the venting and he called back and left me a message. Not his EXACT words but he said it was a deal between united and my ex father in law that they would not put in up to code venting but I can get it up to code at cost to me. Thank you united. I am stuck buying a new central air unit and paying for new venting. If I knew more about this stuff I would have been aware what to look out for. This was all new to me and I lost all trust. Not mention every year when they do a cleaning I am charged significantly more for a cleaning than I am quoted. One year I paid a large price for a furnace filter and I found out later when I went to change it again it was not even close to the correct size.

They come in and check it once a year.  I have used them for years.  I would continue to use them.  I've used them a long time already.  I had to have my furnace replaced a few years ago and they did that.

Came out to clean the ducts, but also ended up fixing up a couple of small problems in the system I was unaware of at no extra charge- explained how my heating system worked as well- all at no extra charge. More than expected for the money.

I was happy with the service. The man who came to the house was polite and friendly. He showed up in a timely manner, worked quickly and efficiently. He took some added time to trim back the weeds around the A/C unit and clipped a few weed trees that had cropped up on that side of the house while he was at it. He had to use my garden hose and coiled it up neatly when he was finished. We talked about the less-than-user-friendly programmable thermostat that I have and offered assistance, if needed, in using it. The company called me as a follow-up to the inspection they did as I was in the process of purchasing the house a year ago. There was no need for me to remember to call for an inspection for this year. (Initially, the furnace was cleaned but the A/C unit was not looked at. I wanted to have it checked out this year anyway.)

I called United Heating and Cooling on a Friday morning to see about scheduling an appointment to get our furnace inspected. Within half an hour from my initial call, I got a call back telling me that they had a tech in my neighborhood. They asked me if I was going to be home and he would stop over on his way to his next job. Ten minutes later he arrived and the furnace was inspected. I'm glad they were able to fit me in so quickly. It was supposed to get cold the next day, so we were all set. In the past I would have called around to several of the bigger named companies in my area. Since United came and put in a new furnace for us, this is the only company I will call. I highly recommend United Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs any type of furnace work done from installation to basic maintenance, to an estimate, they are fantastic.

They came in an emergency situation in December 2 years ago when our furnace blew out. Most other companies in my area were giving me two weeks to a month. Turn around time, as far as putting in a furnace - I contacted them, they came right over. We had a new furnace put in and they have been fantastic with coming in and doing all the checks. You call them at the number and they get right back to you. They are very courteous and professional - if I could give them an 'A+" on everything I would. They have saved our necks. It is 95 degrees today and without central air my wife would be a bear - I'm just kidding - again, I give them As across the board.
