The service went well. They did everything that I asked them to do. There was a little mix up but it was resolved. They were professional. I appreciate how he called to let me know he was going to be a little late.

I am actually having Toho put some motion sensor lights in here really soon. They are a very professional company and they do wonderful work. Their charge was very reasonable. I do not remember what it was because it was all done in small increments so it is hard to say. They are a very easy company to deal with and I am very satisfied with their work.

Toho Electrical quality is good. The punctuality and responsiveness needs work. They were supposed to call me in two days to schedule a time to come back and finish the work and they called back in a month. It took them over a month to send me a bill.

"TOHO ELECTRICAL IS VERY SURPRISED BY THE COMMENTS FROM THIS MEMBER. I PERSONALLY TRIED TO REACH THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO SCHEDULE THE REMAINING HALF OF THE WORK AND THIS MEMBER WAS TRAVELING ON BUSINESS FOR OVER A MONTH AND AFTER SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS AND MESSAGES LEFT AT HIS HOME AND CELL PHONE, WE COULD NOT AGREE ON A SCHEDULED RETURN. THE DELAY IN SENDING THE INVOICE WAS IN HOPES OF RETURNING AND COMPLETING THE OTHER HALF OF THE JOB. AS OF TODAY, THE MEMBER HAS ONLY PAID US FOR HALF OF THE WORK THAT WE COMPLETED IN MAY OF 2006. I DID HAVE SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH THIS MEMBER AND AT NO TIME DID HE EXPRESS ANY DISPLEASURE WITH US. WE WOULD GLADLY COMPLETE THE OTHER HALF OF THE JOB, GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY AFTER COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR THE ALREADY FINISHED WORK."

I didn't have any complaints. Toho Electrical was very timely, did good work, were very professional and friendly, and the price was fair. I will call them again if I need any electrical work done, and I would recommend anyone else to do the same.
