Did not have the professional tools for the job and made due with common tools.

"All that was required for this was a butt set and punch down which we had. Demarc required moving pairs to another punch-down block. All tools required to complete were our tools and work was completed to the customers satisfaction. Full use of the telco system was completed. Not certain about comments as tools are common tools to perform this work. Cost was explained upfront prior to dispatch. After we received approval to arrive on site."

Communication of details of quote and explaining what it would take (hrs.) was on target pending no hidden glitches. Rack assembly, running and fishing wires through ceilings, terminations, testing (24 for 24!) and clean-up with headroom for future flexibility all executed flawlessly. Well done Carl!

Very professional. Carl did a walk through and determined what needed to be done. He was open to any questions and suggestions. He was an easy person to work with for my project. Carl communicated with me through out the project when he was going to be at the house for the walk through, what time he was arriving to start the work and any follow up information that I needed. Very prompt service and on time with his scheduling of the project. He also was willing to work with me when I was having problems with my payment through Home Advisor. Carl workmanship was very neat. He did not leave the house in a mess. He made sure everything was hooked up and working properly before his left the site. I am very satisfied with the job that Carl did and would highly recommend him to others. My project turned out great. With my printer networked, I am able to print from any computer in the house without have to take the computer to the printer. Also, I do not have trouble with my telephones after Carl fixed the mess that the telephone company did with the telephone wiring.
