Dale and Joe were punctual and worked 6 to 8 hours a day for 6 days in a row. They were hard workers who on some days did not take even a break for lunch. They answered all questions thoroughly. Dale was able to repair our very squeaky stairs so we now have no squeaks. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a minor spill in our kitchen area. The water was immediately removed, yet the next day the flooring warped in the seams between the 2 ¼" oak wood strips. Having had prior numerous spills in our kitchen (it is a kitchen after all) this has never happened before. We let the wood dry over a few days to make certain it wasn't a serious matter, however the warped wood did not diminish. I phoned Dale and left a cordial message with our concerns. He promptly came to our home and examined the flooring. His explanation was that water in the sub-flooring had been absorbed into the oak from above causing the warping. As I wasn't here at the time of his visit, I phoned Dale to speak with him regarding the matter. I politely explained my concerns and mentioned that the water was not on the floor long enough to cause such warping and there little to no water had been observed from the basement under the area in question. I politely explained that over the years previous spills of a more severe magnitude did not cause such damage to which he (sarcastically) claimed "we much have been lucky." This is where we experienced a "Jekyll and Hyde" personality. Dale immediately became defensive, which resulted in my placing him on speakerphone for others to witness. Dale claimed I was talking over him, that I did not know what I was talking about, that he was "tired of people thinking they know what they are talking about" and promptly hung up. In shock, I phoned out neighbor who recommended him and he explained (to our surprise) that a similar situation happened with Dale as well. According to him, Dale did a great job with his library flooring as well as the rest of his home. However, his refrigerator had a minor leak that resulted in similar warping of his floors. Dale returned and repaired the damage (at our neighbors cost) but badly damaged the quarter round and trim. When he phoned Dale regarding this matter, Dale's response was "How is this my problem?!" Our neighbor and Dale have not spoken since. This matter occurred today and our neighbor recommended letting Dale "cool off" as he apparently has a history of this behavior. While I understand personal matters may impair professional judgement, this is inexcusable. I would forgive this incident had Dale not screamed, spoke over me while I was trying to let him speak, and not hung up. Dale and his business does excellent work in making your flooring look beautiful, however given our experience and the experiences of others, I question the longevity and quality of his work worsened by his unprofessionalism that conveniently occurs AFTER the job is completed. My recommendation: seek work elsewhere. There are plenty of well qualified flooring experts who gladly stand by their work in a professional manner.

There was probably 20 liters of paint on the floor.  He will be coming back to do the downstairs.  Everybody told me that he was not the cheapest, but that he was the best.  I absolutely agree with them.  He did a great job.

We wanted to switch our stairs and upstairs hallway from carpet to wood to match rest of the house. One firm came in and determined that installing on the stairs would be very difficult and need special techniques. He did give me an estimate for the hall and recommended I check with a certain flooring store or Rosilio Hardware. I called Dale. He took the time to pull the rug up and determine that the stairs already had hardwood treads. His estimate for the hallway was less. Since the stairs were the only way to the second floor, he came early multiple mornings to put the stain and poly on so that we were able to get to our bedrooms every night. While there he also fixed a couple of stains on another floor for free. Craftsmanship was very good.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. They were on time for their estimate, on time with the hardwood deliveries and on time EVERY day they came to do the work. They did it all in three consecutive days. The owner of the Company, Dale Rosilio, does most of the work himself, with the support of a knowledgeable helper. They did an outstanding job and I m fussy! A lot of service providers could learn from these guys who were as polite as could be. They installed about 200 sq. feet of 2-1/4 Red Oak Flooring, sanded and finished to match existing flooring and coated with 1 coat of Sealer and 2 coats of water base finish for about $11/per square foot. This included removing carpet and prepping the subfloor, which squeaked a lot. This also included the installation of solid pine shoe molding. This was a good price and the work was first rate. I was so please I gave them a $50 gratuity.
