Quality Tree And Landscape

This last winter was one of the easiest for snow removal contractors due to the light snowfall. However, the few times we needed them to come, they performed terribly. Everytime they came it was later than i had been led to believe it would be. So I was late for work. The first time was around a foot of snow. Our driveway is L shaped. They plowed 1/2 of the driveway and stopped. I made calls to the office and was told that they would be coming back. They didn't. It was left to my husband and me to shovel the rest. It took us a good part of the day. We are both in poor health. The next time, they plowed a little more but still left a lot of the lot (which is not large) unplowed. Again I called the office. No response. The next time, they came in the morning (still did not do a complete job) but it snowed more that day and they did not come back for the second plow. Our neighbors and friends contractors did a second plow for them. The neighbors also pitched in to help us. The snowplower did a lousy job. The office staff was of no help and often did not return our calls. I think this almost borders on fraud. Taking money and not providing a service.
