Hit or miss, depending on the person behind the wheel. Sometimes they'd do a great job, make multiple passes and leave the driveway clean. Other times, they'd come, shove the snow down the driveway in one sweep and be done with it. The few times that we had heavy snow overnight, they arrived very late. On one occasion they didn't show up until 2pm, and that was only after being called twice. This was during the largest snowfall of early 2017, so there was around 18 inches of snow on the driveway. Bottom line- if you need your driveway plowed so you can get to work in the morning, don't rely on this company.
