Myself or my business partner are on site at all times. We are honest, hard working individuals who excel at what we do. We have been painting together in the greater Rochester area for over a decade. Although we are fairly new to angies list we have impecable refernces, are fully insured. They were prompt in coming to the house and preparing an estimate. That's where it stopped. We decided to use them and made multiple contacts to schedule the work. At this point we started to get the run-around. They'd give us a scheduled date and then reschedule. It then got to the point that they stopped returning my many phone and text contact attempts. Their service level is awful.

They were excellent. They were reliable, clean and on time. Everything went very well. Everyone was polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a very good experience.
