He had me go through with him and explained what all the different things he was looking at were and their condition. He explained what I might do to make things better and where I can expect issues. At the end he presented me with a binder and electronic version of all that we talked about and his recommendations. He completed an infrared review of the electric, insulation and plumbing. He checked all of my appliances and placed them into a registry that monitors them and sends me issues and recall instructions for them. He also completed a radon test. He took the time to answer questions and give good explanations. He spent time trying to find solutions to issues often found in older homes such as what does this wire go to? He was amazing. And he did all this in a moments notice at Christmas.

This is my wife's and my second house and the second time we've used Kevin Heath from Pillar to Post and he was awesome. He asked me to tag along with him throughout the entire home inspection. He pointed out issues or concerns that he found and how to have them repaired and approximate cost. He also answered every question that I had for him. He was VERY thorough. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

This company is awful. They 'inspected' the house I s buying and did a terrible job. They missed a lot of things. I ended up having to spend more than $8000 in repairs on things they missed. Greg booth, the owner at the time, was unwilling to accept any responsibility and actually flat out told us he didn't believe we had to do repairs. Their own contract states they inspect 'a representative amount of the over all windows'. Well, there are 36 windows in this house, they looked at 2. We ended up having major issues that needed repair to 4 or 5 windows. Again, we were told 'oh we'll, your problem.'

Do yourself a favor, and do not use them. They are nothing but a franchise that isn't trained properly. You will end up regretting it and probably being out money if you trust them.
