Our main objective was to sell two rings and we didn't want to go to one of the pawn shops that were advertised on TV.  Our web searches kept pointing back to MJ Gabel plus they were right here in Rochester.  We were not sure how the selling process worked but after dealing directly with the owners, we felt very comfortable allowing them to manage our sale.  They were not pushy and offered us a few options to sell our rings which we liked.
The other ring dipping only took a couple of days and we were confident in their appraisal since they had a GIA certification.
