The damage was slightly unusual so it took some creativity to come up with the plan as to how to repair. Mr LoTempio was very thoughtful about wanting to make the repair to the satisfaction of the customer without too much expense. We had several phone conversations about the options and in the end he was able to provide the service at a very affordable price. Thank you!!

I have been going to LoTempio's for over 20 years. As a result of an accident in 1993, I have had to elevate the left shoe of every pair I buy by 1/2 inch to prevent further damage to my back. Rob does this in such a way as to make it not only effective, but aesthetically undetectable to the naked eye. He does this by slicing off the outer sole and replacing it with one that a) increases the height in the center, b) tapers the heel and toe to make walking easier and c) blends into and complements the rest of the shoe. All of this is done without compromising the comfort and feel of the shoe, since the inside is not changed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He replaced the riveted button, the hole was slightly to large so he put 2 washers on, after checking with me. He did the work while I waited. I have used him for years never had a problem or been anything but satisfied. Not sure if prices are in line with other repair shop, but when I go there I know it will be done right the first time,
