Both projects are wonderful. Workmanship is top quality. Price is not inexpensive but well worth it. Will use them again. Great investment.

After two months went by with several unreturned calls and unanswered emails, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Since we never received a quote, we simply wanted our $75 back. I called and emailed asking for the $75 back. A month later the receptionist called to let us know they and quot;are still working on the quote.and quot; I told her to please stop and explained we didn't want the quote as we decided to work with a different business because of Kitchen and Bath Expression's poor Customer service. I explained we want the $75 back for services not rendered and the receptionist said she would tell Gary and Marlene, the owners. It is now May - 5 months after the home visit - and we have yet to hear from the Lazarro's. Not a call or letter to apologize, and certainly not a returned check for $75. I will never go back to this business and I will make a point to tell others to avoid it. UPDATE - After my initial post, Kitchen and Bat Expressions followed up with a phone call to me explaining they don't like to run their business this way. They were overwhelemed and were unable to attend to all their Customers. The owner apologized and said she'd send me a check for $74. I received the check about 2 weeks after the call. So glad they made things right. Thank you to Angie's List!

It all went really well. The owner was very knowledgeable and hands on. He gave some great advice and really paid attention to details. They were always on time and always cleaned up. However, they're very expensive.
