Jeff came and gave us an estimate; and told us that he could start in about a week when he finished his current project. He called us when he finished previous job and asked if he could start on a coming day. He came everyday that he said he would and worked hard. He was neat and professional. When the lumber yard sent one wrong product, he called and they sent the correct part the next day. He worked on another part of the stairway. When the work was done, we approved it and paid him. His price was what he had estimated and was very reasonable.

Jeff came out to our house soon after we called he and looked at our project. He arranged to have Andy from the lunber company come to our house and together we talked about what we wanted and Andy and Jeff decided how much of each item we needed. Andy ordered the materials and said they would arrive in a couple of weeks. After the railing parts arrived Jeff came to look at them to make sure all was as expected and then started soon after that. Jeff was very careful when measuring and installing to make sure everything was done correctly, Whenever there were several options for a situation he discussed them with us. We now have beautiful oak stair railings to match our oak stairs. We were very pleased with the quality of Jeff's work.
