Green Tree Lawn Care

Jason Bell is the owner, and he shows up in person to mow your lawn, but only whenever he feels like.

I paid up front for a season of lawn mowing, which was supposed to be once a week.  After the first month, he started showing up every other week.  After the second month he stopped showing up at all. 

I tried contacting him numerous times, and he would not answer his phone, and I was unable to leave a voicemail because his mailbox was full.  No response on e-mails either.

I eventually filed a complaint with the BBB, to which he never responded.  I figure I'm out $300 with him. 

Come to find out later that he's had a few people take him to court over the years for work that was never performed, which can be obtained online from the Monroe County Clerks website.  According to the same records, he's been operating under this name for a decade, even though when I first met him he stated he was just starting his business that year.
