Electrical service is complete waiting for utility to finish connection to main service line. The electrician was pleasant and efficient, and worked with us for a convenient time to be without power. Other work to be scheduled after Electrical connection and inspection.

He was wonderful. He was there when he said he would be. Left everything clean and finished before projected. I couldn't have asked for better service.

On the whole, the job went well. The workmen were able to remove the vanity and top without damaging them. They had some difficulty removing the tile floor because of a concrete/mesh base layer. Sink had to be re-installed because it was not properly aligned the first time. The workmen did a very good job and did a couple of extra things (like adding insulation to outside wall) not covered in the contract. Most of the job was done by Gideon Shikhman working alone. He was very easy to get along with and pleasant. We wish Feor had suggested covering the furniture, etc. before starting the floor and wall removal because there was dust everywhere. The good work and positive attitude of the workmen were nearly offset by the attitude of Kevin Feor. He was quite solicitous when discussing the job before the sale. However, when my wife called him to discuss the loud noises coming from the faucet and ceiling fan, he spoke to her in a disrespectful, even abusive manner. She asked if he was having a bad day and he said he was not. In any event, there is no excuse for someone in his position to be surly when talking to a customer.

Feor Construction, owned and run by Kevin and Lisa Feor, operates as a both a contractor and a prime contractor to perform 100% of the building project - starting with converting your back-of-the-envelope sketches to formal drawings approved by the zoning officer to coordinating the final inspection by the building inspector. Kevin looks after all of the details of measuring, specifying, keeping the work flowing, and ordering materials; Lisa handles the books.
In my case we built a sunroom - or 3-season room addition off the back of our house. Kevin came out and measured and we talked about the project. He returned a detailed quote within a few days as paced by the time it took him to get material prices. They are very conscientious about everything including matching the siding with exactly what was already there and getting the caulk that exactly matches the colors and materials being used. They built our room from scratch - framing, electric, insulation, walls, siding, sky lights, roofing. I think the framer was one of Kevin's guys - this guy's framing work could have passed for finished carpentry . Everything fit down to a tenth of an inch...incredible. Was everything prefect? D*** near but he ordered one 5 foot window that should have been 6 feet but got on the phone and discussed the options and of course had no problem in sending the wrong part back and getting the right one. But to avoid schedule impact I opted for using the 5 foot with a couple of wall sconces on either side.
Kevin's very professional and will keep you posted of what's going to happen when. He's very direct - a little bit of a bull in a china shop (but no breakage) and will get along with you fine as long as your not a jerk. Be aware that when the work starts; he's making things happen as a professional.
Being pros, there's a contract and they expect contractually defined payments when they're due. You shouldn't expect less.
Make sure you're clear up front with what you want and what you don't want. Make sure the drawings reflect that; then when the work starts get out of the way and enjoy the progress. Once they started, there was no idle time on the job site - one stage moved to the next pretty seamlessly. We're very pleased with the work. The price is reasonable given the quality of work and materials. We would absolutely engage Feor for future work and we're pleased to recommend them without reservation.

He was wonderful. On time, very personable, clean. Cleaned up after himself. Did what he said he was going to do. He was great to work with.

The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. All of Kevin's subcontractors were polite, protected our floor when they came in and out and completely cleaned up after themselves. We had plumbing, electric, drywall as well as bathroom floor and shower tiles redone. Kevin is fair and reasonably priced. His number one goal is to keep his customer happy. Now that we have finished our bathrooms, Kevin is going to completely redo our kitchen. We have used Kevin for additions in two other homes we have owned and would not even consider another contractor. We trust Kevin 100% in quality and reliability.

We had an addition built in the fall by Feor. The new deck is a nice transition from the addition to the existing deck. The countertop, deeper sink and beautiful doors give the kitchen a whole new look. It was a pleasure to work with such a talented group of professionals.

We interviewed 6 contractors before deciding on Feor Construction for our project. Although the estimate wasn't the cheapest, his references and repeat business spoke volumes. The addition came out beautiful, especially in that it doesn't look like an addition. The exterior flows perfectly with the existing home, matching the siding and roofing shingles. While we contracted to do some of the finishing work ourselves, Kevin quickly stepped in to keep us on track when a non-related injury prevented us from continuing. Additionally his guidance and product suggestions were very much appreciated. We have, and will continue to refer Feor Construction without hesitation.

I have used Feor before and went with them again. His estimate was right on target and his work was superb. He showed up when he said he would as well.

Very well. Excellent, easy to read contract. The workers were prompt and polite. Quality of work very good. There were some changes (always are..) that were easily accomodated with very little cost change. The project actually came in under budget! Nearly half of the expense was the extensive granite that was used in kitchen and baths. The work took somewhat longer than anticipated, but in my experience, this is the norm. Overall, I am very happy with the project. I have used this contractor, Kevin Feor, before and would certainly use him again. His wife Lisa handles the business end and is easy to reach as well as always being very pleasant.

The workmanship appears fine (with a few exceptions), but the customer service was shoddy. The customer is always wrong seems to be the motto of this contractor. We had done our research and he had good references. It appears these were customers who took a completely hands-off approach to their projects and had little interaction with Mr. Feor. He perceived any question as a problem and any little problem as a catastrophe. He was out of town on and off through the course of the project and left no contact information if there were questions. Any question or effort to start a discussion was met with sarcasm and defensiveness. When I explained that we expect not to be treated this way, he pointed out that he had never used obscenities. We expected better.

I really like the work Feor Construction did for me. The windows are quality vinyl and really make a difference in heating and cooling my house. The price was fair and the installers were professional and treated me like a valued customer.

We had a fantastic experience with Feor Construction. They did great quality work and were punctual and easy to work with. Their prices were very fair, and we're happy with the way the new additions turned out.
