I first requested the doors in early August, the contractor did not have any communication on the status of the order until I contacted him again in September. At that time he stated that the doors have to be ordered. When I contacted him for pricing his response was "we will take care of you." After the doors arrived and were installed, I asked again for the cost. It was not until I received the invoice that I felt ripped off.
