The experience was very rough throughout and ended on a sour note where arbitration was necessary. He contracted all of the work to other contractors. The owner was very rude and used the facilities whenever he saw fit. Many people walked off the job due to poor management. His attitude was always emotional and erradic. Overall, a very poor experience and did not have good customer service. He caused me a lot of stress and anger throughout the job.
