Custom Sealing & Pressure Washing

Communications were good and professional.  Prompt arrival, polite, good attention to detail.  Quite pleased.

I called for a quoatation to seal our new driveway and powerwash our deck. They apologized for not being able to come to the house the next day to give us an estimate. Estimate was given in less than 4 days , which was better than they advised on the telephone. They set up the appointments and did the work in a timely manner. They were very courteous to my wife and moved the furniture off the deck because I had forgotten the date.

I am in the construction business and I was very impressed. It was a well orchestrated process. Best of all my House looked great when they were done. We also use custom sealing & Pressure Washing for Driveway Sealing We Have a Development of 9 Homes and the main road sealed every 2 years they do a great job

I have been a customer now for over 3 years, and Custom Sealing has been by far the service provider we have ever used at our home! As long as I have been a customer, they have been friendly, responsible, and do quality work that exceeds any other company we have used in the Rochester area, and we have used a lot in the years.

When Custom Sealing rolled and aerated my lawn they damaged my cable line, and the neighbors invisible dog fence.  I called the manager about this and was treated very unprofessionally which included him cussing and yelling at me.  The phone call ended with me stating that I would follow up with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.  A few minutes later the manger called back, and apologized for his conduct saying that he would pay for the repair bill to the neighbors pet fence.  The repairs cost $100.  When I called Custom Sealing back with the bill they never answered my calls, and I have never received payment.  Obviously this manager was not true to his word which is very disappointing.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, and highly suggest you look elsewhere when considering this company for anything.
