This review is for new townhouse construction. Contracts have MANY exclusions (no proper paving of driveways and street). Landscape work is slipshod, resulting in many dead plants, shrubs and trees costing homeowners THOUSANDS extra. Warrantee repairs are poorly executed, resulting in HUNDREDS of extra dollars required for proper repair. Contractor will not respond to homeowners once they have your money! No proper transfer of HOA board responsibility to homeowners. Many important documents missing.

We were very disappointed with our new home and decided to sell the house at a financial loss, rather then move in.
