Description of Work: I had 3 rooms, a hallway and 1 set of stairs cleaned. The cleaner R.J. and his helper Pablo were pleasant and professional. They called and said they were running late. Arrived about 45 min late. They spent about 1 1/2 hour treating and cleaning the carpets. There were a couple of stains they stated they could treat and remove. When they finished the stains seemed removed and they left. The next day as the carpets dried all of the stains returned the same or darker then they were originally. I left a message regarding this issue and are waiting for a response. Only time will tell.

 + -1 moreThey were very good, recommended to me by an old friend, and I tried them out. They were on time like they said they would be. They did a very good job, I rehearse some staff, and I was not sure if they can get out of rug. They should do it and did not come back. I am satisfied with that.
