excellent service. Called Brian at 4:30 because bees had chewed thru drywall and were in our home. He indicated he would be over within 2 hours. Instructed us what to do until he arrived. Arrived quickly, addressed the problem immediately. We would definitely recommend and hire him again. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

I have use the Cole service for 4 years now and my parents for over 20. Super nice. I had ants every year until I used his service. He puts a boundary up around the exterior of the house and no more ants and no bad smell. A super guy to work with. He will not charge you for work that does not need to be done and his prices are more than reasonable. You can't go wrong here!

He was the most Unbelievable person in a good way! I called him panicking because I had stink bugs, he told me there was nothing he could do with these type of bugs. He calmed me down and told me the only thing I could do was look and see if they were on the siding. He was the best! I would recommend him and trust him to do anything because of the way he handled the call. He could have come out and charged me $200 like other terminators but there would have been nothing he could have done. He called me back after hours, and took his free time to talk to me and explain the situation even though he knew he wasn't going to get any money out of it.

My parents have used this family business for many years. The father and son are super pleasant to work with. The father has retired and his son is now doing everything.
I get ants every year and I was going to use them last year but he was almost a month backed up. So I used another service that power washed my house from top to bottom including windows with insecticide. The smell was gagging for several days. Cole's sprayed a a few feet up the siding, the decks and about 5 feet out from the house. There was almost no smell to his product.
I called early this year and my call was answered and service date and time setup on the same call. He called me the day of service and said he was running early and asked if he could come right over. That was fine, so he was early. I have a ranch with around 2200 sq ft footprint and 3 decks. I think $125 is a bargain.

They are very good. His son has taken over the business and he's the same as the dad. They are honest and if there's a problem they can fix, they fix it. If there's not a problem, they'll tell you there's not a problem. I didn't shop around for prices; when you have a problem, you've got a problem. You don't call around to see who costs the least to get the bees out of the house. I'm sure his prices are fine. I wasn't outraged. They respond to you immediately. They have somebody, a real person, who answers the phone. They are punctual and professional.

I kept seeing the occasional black ant in the house but thought nothing of it. As the problem persisted I soon discovered that what I was seeing was Carpenter Ants. Brian Cole has taken over the business from his father and responded to my call for service. He was on time and helpful. With our two brains put together we soon discovered not one but two carpenter ant nests located behind a wall in the family room. Brian made short work of the ants and informed me any stragglers would be gone shortly. He was correct, the ants were all gone in three days.

Bob Cole Pest Control is great. This is my second year using them and we are very satisfied. They always call before coming. We haven t had any problems with them at all. No bee problems. They are very nice and friendly.

Overall an excellent experience with Bob Cole Pest Control. I needed them in a hurry to get rid of the ants because my daughter was getting married. They were out right away and did a wonderful job.
