We had a problem with our sump pump alarm in our crawl space. We thought it was installed by Basement Technologies of Western NY and called them. We all quickly realized they did not install our system, yet the woman who answered the phone gave us 10 minutes of free advice! She took her time, answered all our questions even though she knew she would not charge us. I am very grateful. This was pure old fashioned kindness. No money paid but we hade detailed, free advice. I would use them if I lived in their service area.

They took time to really understand the problem. I think the solution they proposed made sense. They didn't go over board. They were comparable with everybody else on price. I don't know how it works yet because we haven't had a lot of rain or snow yet. I watched the work they did. It was good. But, I just hope it works.
