Our kitchen was designed and built by Arrow kitchen. Their construction specialist, Joe, was excellent. Can't rave about him enough!! The quality of the cabinets are a great disappointment. After a few months some seams separated. After a year, many seams are cracking and it appears to be a veneer finish chipping. We are two retirees. Can't imagine how these would hold up to a family with children. If we were going to do this again, we would not use Arrow Kitchen.

When it was time for some updating  I went with refacing instead of replacing so I wouldn't lose the use of my kitchen. There were many styles and finishing options to choose from in the showroom.  I worked with Vinny during the entire process and everything went better than expected; he is a no nonsense, no pressure professional.  The job was done in 2 1/2 days and the installer, Kenny, was very efficient and neat during and after the job.
If your boxes and drawers are sturdy and in good shape I suggest this method of updating.  And Arrow was one of only 2 companies in Rochester that will reface.  I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them.

Since having this work done, I have checked other providers (which I should have done first) and found their prices were higher than others for the same work and products.

took over 4+ weeks since the contractor had to complete other projects concurrently. thusly, they sometimes started later in the morning and left earlier in the afternoon.

Mis-measured opening for double sink and had to adjust opening in quartz countertop, which led to a week delay but corrected the matter. Separate countertop to left of stove is not the same height as countertop to the right.

Felt that the entire remodeling project should have taken less than 2 weeks total if they spent their entire time on my project alone.

Price was competitive with other estimates.

We have VX cable and they used a plastic box instead of a metal one, which is against code. We had to contact the owner, but the electrician resolved that for us.

Overall everything went well and I would recommend Arrow Kitchens to others. We worked with Dan in Sales and Steve did all the work - plumbing, electrical, tiling, etc. Everyone was professional and friendly. Top notch quality work. The work took about 2X as long as we expected, but we did have to retile the floor - extra labor and cost we knew we might have to do when we started the job. Dan came out personally several times throughout the job and at the end to close everything up. We had a few minor follow ups and they agreed to do all of them. Will definitely go back!

I didn't really like anything much about their service. They did an okay job. For what I paid for, I think if I would have looked around a little bit more, I would have been better off.

They did an excellent job, and did the work quickly so the down time was at a minimum. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They also did a good job in cleanup.

No deadline was met through the entire process from the original design to the job completion. The installers were professional and did exactly what we wanted but the install coordinator and the salesman were awful to deal with. They did not keep track of details, like the faucet sprayer we chose in the show room, and they placated rather than solving problems. I gave the coordinator a list of small items that had to be fixed before the installer was done with the job and he did not order replacement parts for over three weeks which added over 5 weeks to the total job. In the end it took them over 10 weeks when they estimated 2-3 weeks. I liked all of the installers but the people who work in the showroom do not seem capable of direct honest communication.

Arrow Kitchens was very helpful and did the work in the time they said they were going to do it. The kitchen results are great. I would use them again and recommend them.
