Andy knows what he's doing with these units. I read a lot of tankless water heater product reviews that claim the unit doesn't work, but it's easy to see where many of those could be botched installations. For example if I had done it myself I would have used the existing flue that goes up to the roof, but that's a no-no.
He came once to consult, again after we committed to the work to inspect and measure for the job, and finally for most of the day to do the actual install. He did need a deposit, but has proven trustworthy.
Lower marks for responsiveness because on a subsequent, unrelated call, he never called back.
