I had a bad experience with them. I think their price was high. They had a newsletter they sent out that was very descriptive of how he felt at his former employee who was also his soon to be former wife was dishonest and things like that. Honestly, she ran the place and I think everybody loves her and I think it was wrong of him to put something private in a public form. I just thought that was totally wrong. He also charged about $100 or $150 more than everybody else. With that being said, once he stepped over the line over acceptable interaction with his customers, we are "breaking up" with him. I don't even go to his store anymore, I go out of my way to go to a pool store.

From July to August it got progressively noisier and is now quite loud. Called them several times and Dave, the owner, is refusing to honor the warranty saying it was only for 30 days. Doesn't even have the decency to call me and discuss it personally. Another employee said the policy changed last year to 30 days but not all employees were told that, which is why I was told seasonal. I told them their miscommunication was not my fault and that I had the work done there because of the supposed warranty. Feel bad for some of the employees as I could tell from their tone they didn't agree with his decision, but they had no choice. In short, don't believe what they tell you, get it in writing.
