American Aerial Tree Experts

we live in the village of webster ny and the neighbors are very protective of their yards, soooooo respecting the neighbors yard for not leaving a mess during and after the job is very important.......american aerial was very respective of the neighbors yard and mine.......this company is a 10 out of 10 we got a great job and the cost was very fair.......we will use their service again........NO QUESTIONS ABOUT IT DON AND BARB PHILPOTT

I recently had a very good experience with American Aerial Tree Experts. They were very responsive, their work was neat and professional, they respected our property, their pricing was lower than others, and they were very polite and personable to boot. Other services said their work was scheduled out 5-6 weeks, American Aerial did the work within 2 weeks of their quotation. The work done was cutting up and removing a large tree that had fallen, taking down a large tree that was leaning, and pruning a third large tree. As I watched them work, they appeared very experienced as they dropped tree limbs and trunks exactly where they wanted them with no damage to other trees, bushes, fence, or house. They raked clean the entire area and left no debris behind. All work and cleanup was done in about 2.5 hours. For the $900 job by American Aerial, others had quoted $1,325 and $1,750. If I ever need additional tree services, I will certainly call American Aerial.

I could not be happier with the service I received!  I was worried because these guys were not listed on Angies List, and I am a devoted Angies LIst member, but once they set to work, I knew I was in good hands.  They were referred to me by a neighbor nearby, and I'm so glad I took her recommendation.  These guys showed up ready to work.  And work they did.  Tirelessly until each and every tree we asked them to prune was carefully tended to.  Like I said, I couldn't be happier.  Not only was the work they did amazing, but they cleaned up EVERYTHING!  They even cleaned off the roof of both my garage and a shed nearby with a leaf-blower, which was really going above and beyond.  They even cut up firewood for us from the tree they cut down, and provided us with an option for mulching.  Overall - I'd give these guys an A+ for the work they did!
