Bottom line. We were suckered by Alex Kuscht from All Property Restoration (He also uses the name Distressed Property Management). He actually caused MORE work due to his inability to successfully complete the work. See pictures. Alex spent 13 hours at our home over a 6 week period. He had an excuse for every issue and then after quitting asked for more money! He began the work in the beginning of June and we are still working with other companies to finish the job. He lost in small claims court. We learned too late that he has multiple judgments against him. We learned a valuable lesson about remodeling, but it cost us thousands. Do Not Hire This Person.
