+ 2 moreBottom line. We were suckered by Alex Kuscht from All Property Restoration (He also uses the name Distressed Property Management). He actually caused MORE work due to his inability to successfully complete the work. See pictures. Alex spent 13 hours at our home over a 6 week period. He had an excuse for every issue and then after quitting asked for more money! He began the work in the beginning of June and we are still working with other companies to finish the job. He lost in small claims court. We learned too late that he has multiple judgments against him. We learned a valuable lesson about remodeling, but it cost us thousands. Do Not Hire This Person.
Description of Work: This was a complete remodeling project of our bathroom and den. Alex Kuscht left the job unfinished. He left the bathroom gutted (only full bathroom in our house). The work Alex completed was sub par, unsafe and poor quality. He broke a window in the bathroom and incorrectly wired lights in the den. He took no responsibility for his work or lack of. He lost in small claims court and we have yet to see any of the money he took from us. See uploaded photos.
