I bought my hot tub from Ace a number of years back. In the last 3 years, it has been popping circuit breakers. Service has been poor to non-existent. They've tried to repair several times, unsuccessfully, and the response time from the one service tech is poor to non-existent. (I've also had the circuit breaker size beefed up and replaced). I'll be looking at some other brand as a replacement.

It went well. Bob was quick. Went over things with me. I do have a few leaks, but it was hard to tell since the pool was sweating while he was installing. I put a call out same day once I knew it was leaking. I spoke with him and haven't seen him out since. I will put in another call today. Overall, everything went well. These guys are really nice and helpful.

My calls were never returned. When I stopped in, they took my info and said they would get back to me. They never did. I will be looking for another place to purchase my pool and spa supplies.

I had problems with the item and Ace Swim and Leisure were not very helpful. They did not give good customer service after the purchase. The pricing was comparable to everybody else. The quality of service was lacking.

The service guys were friendly and professional.

When I first walked in the lone salesman was deep in discussion with a customer. This dragged on and on and on. We left.
Returned later in the day. There are some samples, but given the diversity of items, styles, finishes, fabrics, etc. much of the selection can be from supplier literature. We noticed a high-end set on sale as a floor sample and were able to get a good buy on this discontinued set. It happened to meet our needs almost perfectly. We selected similar loungers, as the exact matches to the table were not in stock in the warehouse or at other stores.
The salespeople were anxious to please, listened to what we needed, knew their stock and manufacturers' lines and made helpful and appropriate suggestions.
Billing was bizarre! The salesman had to spend 30 minutes feeding info into their inventory system in order for the bill to accept the discounts, with the total matching our deal. Thus the final sum was correct, but the price for each item was high or low. Who cares? ... the waiting customer, that's who!
Delivery was rapid, prompt and well done.
All in all, this was a very good experience, in part due to the buyer's flexibility in buying from limited stock and in part from the sellers ability to discount. We would have been less happy if we needed to place a factory order, with the longer lead times involved for delivery, and pay closer to list.

The sales person at Ace Swim and Leisure was very good, and everyone was professional and courteous. They weren't too pushy and listened to our needs and what we wanted. When the contractors showed up to install the pool, they arrived on time and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time.
