+ 0 moreScott Shulenburg seems to know his stuff. He is talkative and willing to share and explain. He was recommended to me by a friend who swore by him so I felt obligated to use him. His workmanship appeared to be quite good. Two negative strikes against him: he demanded cash payment, and the pump is now leaking so badly it is unusable. I'm not sure whether the leak is his fault, but I am unwilling to give him a 2nd chance. In his defense, I have not given him the opportunity to remedy (especially since it is unclear if the problem is his fault - the pump is leaking internally).
Description of Work: Install a hydraulic backup sump pump. A job that should take roughly an hour or two.
