A gentleman under the employ of this business owner was let go due to a back injury. This employee was very knowledgeable, and helpful in the yard, always greeting me with a smile and a nice word. I spoke with this person and was informed that he was let go because his back had become weak due to a condition caused by the heavy lifting associated with the job.
I think that it is terrible that a business owner would treat a 7 year employee with 3 young children this way. Obviously this man has no idea what it is like to have a disability. I will no longer support a business that is so insensitive to the handicapped.
