Some of what Walter did was to cancel meetings a half hour before the time of the meeting. Once he missed a long delayed meeting at his own house with out calling or cancelling. He repeatedly told me my project was not a priority. When I insisted that it was a priority, Walter laughed. After 11 months of Walters games, I went to his house and took the still unfinished plans off his drafting table and took them to an engineer who reviewed corrected and stamped the plans in a week. Walter was a sickening waste of time and money. Under no circumstances should you trust Walter with anything.
Description of Work: Walter sells himself as an architect. He is licensed and is puts on a very CONfident appearance. I asked him to review house plans, that I had purchased on the internet, and stamp them. I gave him the plans and money on Memorial day 2013. Walter stalled, delayed, constantly missed promised deadlines for 11 months. He is great at CONvincing you that he is working on the plans and you will have them in a few days.
