From the very first phone call, to meeting with Kris, having discussions over the phone while he repaired my laptop, right through the follow up phone call after I got my laptop back - Kris was so very courteous, professional, and easy to understand about this very complex and frustrating computer and quot;stuffand quot; - which is how I feel about computers! I am so glad that I found him and I will use him for all of my computer needs from this day forward! He provided me with more than just a general tune up, he went much further than that, and I cannot believe how inexpensive the service was! In addition to that he also offered me a loaner laptop to use so I would not be without a computer! I did not feel like a goof ball trying to explain the problems I was having with the computer, he was very understanding and explained things clearly and even followed up to see how it is working for me after I brought it home. Now that is service! And I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
