Provider responded promptly to my e-mails and calls to negotiate fee and pick up  was very professional during the process and careful with the removal

Vince took the items quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair.

I called Vince in the morning, explaining what I wanted removed. He asked me a few relevant questions, then promised to pick it up later that day. He came as agreed and removed all 3 items quickly and efficiently. As all 3 items were recyclable, they were taken away at NO CHARGE.
He also offers low cost removal of junk.
A very handy service for those of us trying to and quot;de-clutterand quot;.

Vince showed no professionalism whatsoever. He never followed through with phone calls. I was constantly calling him back to try and make an appointment. When he did finally make an appointment, he said he would call between the hours of 5 and 9pm to let me know he was on his way to pick up my junk item. I never heard from him. When I called him two days later to confront him about it, he blamed missing the appointment on the weather, saying that when it rains it's and quot;hard to do his joband quot;. Apparently he doesn't like getting wet when he's hauling junk. I would have hoped he would be professional enough to call and let me know he had to cancel the appointment, but apparently that was too much to ask for. He then finished the conversation by encouraging me to take my business elsewhere!

Vince C. (owner) was very professional and worked quickly. Kept both appointments and let us know when was running late.
Returned my phone calls promptly.
I recently joined Angie's list which is why submitting this review now for work done last fall (2012)
