Wayne's estimate was fair, coming in the middle of three estimates we received. He seemed on his game during the estimation, and came ready with photos of previous work, and was ready to have his insurance company fax over his insurance papers. Wayne was available to do the work about 1 week after the estimate. The day of the work, he called to let us know he was running late due to a problem getting the specific panel we had requested. When he arrived he and his assistant got right to work. We had been a little nervous about leaving him there by himself, but his statement "it takes a lifetime to build a reputation but only a moment to lose it" reassured my wife, and we did end up leaving him working alone for most of the day. When the work was done, there was a problem with the box caused by a problem with one of the circuits in our house which had been (previously) wired incorrectly. At no additional cost, Wayne stayed an extra 45 minutes or so to troubleshoot, figure out what the previous electrician had done wrong, and fix it.We wouldn't hesitate to use RAD Electric again.
