Our brick house is almost 100 years old. In addition to pointing the brick, we needed repairs to the foundation, garage walls, and the stone slab and brick front porch. Bill Miles Custom Masonry exceeded our expectations in many ways. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They are masters of their craft. The price for their work was reasonable. Their workers were very dependable. They completed their work within the estimated timeframe. The managers and staff are very professional, responsive, and take great pride in their work. Repaired damaged cinder blocks from freezes of a foundation of a garage. Repaired other cracks in blocks.

Job was completed in half the time estimated and the work was well done and looks very good I will keep them in mind for other jobs as needed excellent work!!!!!!

Im in Troy---Had them do my brownstone front steps ...that was last summer--the steps are completely cracking all over---I showed the work to George their estimator---he admitted it was lousy and he would send someone over to redo it-----never showed----If you want to see what Im talking about, get in touch with me- happy to display their workmanship------also did other work at the same time in my courtyard- made a complete mess- concrete is still stuck scattered all over the patio--------

I am very satisfied with their work. They were safety conscious, removed all of the debris and were careful of my property while they worked. They were also great about communicating any schedule changes due to weather.

Bill was very nice and knowledgeable and did not try to up sale me . he was able to get a crew here in a timely manor. And got my project done in a day I could tell his guys knew what they were doing.
